Pot On Fire is FIRE! Located at The Station in Eastvale, a nice plaza with a galore of tasty restaurants, it's definitely earned its place as one of the best joints in the area. The inside is clean, has plenty of tables and several booths to service big groups as well as smaller parties. To order, you scan the QR code at your table and place your order through the app. The Table # is assigned to each QR code. Very efficient! My favorites here are the Sukiyaki and the Taiwanese Spicy Beef Pot. However, my go-to is the Taiwanese. So flavorful! It's one of their larger pots (only comes in 1 size) and has so many delicious meats. IMO, this is the most tasty pot on the menu. They have 4 Spicy levels: Mild, Medium, Spicy and Dangerous. I'm a spicy fanatic and have a very high heat tolerance so I get Dangerous. It's so hilarious to see the staff's reactions every time; they've said "Wow, amazing because I can't. It's horrible!" which cracked me up because honestly, it's REALLY SPICY!!! Lmao I love their honesty and I've seen them advise certain customers against this and I think it's cool. They look out for your safety and I must agree; unless you know you can handle, don't! So choose wisely! Personally, I freaking LOVE it and I actively choose this dangerousness. Lol Depends on the day and time you go too, you can get extra meat for a discounted price or free drink (tea) with your pot(s). Staff is very friendly and attentive, always on top of getting you situated with seats as soon as you walk in. They take their time to ask if it's your first time to make proper recommendations and answer questions to ensure you enjoy the dish(es) that you choose. While dining, they come to refill your broth (if you put your flag up) and ask how you're doing. Really happy to have this place around!

It wasn't my first time at Pot on Fire, but it was for this location. However, I like that the flavors seem to be pretty consistent with the other locations that I've been to. My go-to pots are the satay beef and sukiyaki pots. I find the pots flavorful and have more variety inside than some of the competitors who do similar styles of single person hot pots. We also got one of their sandwiches to try, but it was just okay. I prefer the hot pots over it. The green tea was on the sweeter side, but it's free during lunch with a pot! Service was good. Our waiter checked on us pretty often. We came during lunchtime on a Friday, and there was plenty of seating! I'm glad they opened another location in Eastvale, so I don't always need to go to chino for it!

So good! Started with a couple milk teas along with the tasty calamari and popcorn chicken appetizers with spice levels that could be adjusted. Then ordered the Thai Style Pot with noodles (lots of seafood) and the Taiwanese Spicy Beef Pot includes ramen (nice flavor soup) ... both with current promo of 2x meat for only $2 more. Raise table-side flag for more free broth! Comfortable with plenty of tables along with a few booths ... each with choice of 3 sauces on them - garlic soy, bean paste, and sesame. Attentive service ... even with a full restaurant. Come for lunch to get a free black/green/milk tea too!

Pot On Fire is on fire Super nice and attentive staff. They will take the time to explain the menu and help you choose the hot pot that suits your taste. The lunch special was your choice of hot pot with a drink included. I got the House Special pot with noodles The noodles are glass noodles, not Ramen style. Very good broth! Full of pork, seafood, and veggies. The staff refilled my tea, brought an extra glass of water, and refilled the broth in the pot often. Great spot for lunch or dinner. I'll be back.
